Competitions

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel, a service of Meta Platforms, Inc., on our website. This tool allows us to track user behaviour after users are redirected to our website by clicking on a Facebook or Instagram ad. This enables us to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertisements for statistical and market research purposes and to improve future advertising strategies.

Culture Key To support research, advocacy, and planning in the local arts and culture sector, we may share ticketing data (event type, event date, venue, ticket price, and order amount) and booker postcodes with Culture Key – a community data platform developed by Bath Arts Collective and POLYMATHIC Ltd. The postcodes are shared without names, addresses, or any other identifying details. This means the data cannot be linked to individuals and remains anonymous. All sharing is done in line with UK GDPR requirements.
