POLICIES

For Box Office / Ticket buying polices, terms and conditions, please see here.

ADMISSION
The Forum reserves the right to refuse admission, and to request any customer / ticket holder to leave the building at any time. An instance where we might ask a customer to leave is if a ticket holder appears to be under the influence of alcohol / narcotics and/or is acting aggressively, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances. The Forum reserves the right to refuse re-admission to any person not in possession of a ticket or the retained portion of the ticket required for re-admission.

Tickets purchased for an event at The Forum are for your personal use only. Action may be taken if a person purchasing tickets is suspected of reselling these tickets for profit, or at an inflated price. Tickets are non-transferable, and must not be resold. Tickets bought from entities that are not affiliated with the Show and/or Venue are likely to be resold tickets. In this case, entry cannot be guaranteed and The Forum reserve the right to refuse entry as the tickets are not from an authorised allocation. If you have any doubt about the validity of tickets you are intending to purchase, please contact the Venue to ensure you only purchase valid tickets. Contact information can be found under the 'Venue' section of our website.

Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable point in the performance at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.

If a child under the age of five is able to sit on a parents lap throughout the duration of a performance then they will not require a ticket. If the child becomes agitated and is affecting the enjoyment of other customers, the Front of House Manager reserves the right to ask the adult and the child to leave the auditorium.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

Customers in The Forum must not obstruct any stairway or gangway and must not affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the venue / event / performance and/or cause a risk to the safety of the audience or officials of The Forum. Your safety is our top priority, if you choose a seat in the Circle, you must remain seated throughout the concert / performance / event. All persons must follow the instructions of any members of The Forum staff whilst in the building. Any persons in breach of this clause may be removed from the premises.

GROUPON VOUCHERS

In the event that a Groupon Voucher has been purchased for a specific Event, the Voucher must be brought to the Box Office of the Venue on the day of the show and then a Ticket can be redeemed by the Voucher holder. For Box Office opening times, see the show information for the Event you are attending (found on the 'What's On?' page, by clicking the image for the Event) as opening times may vary.

FOOD & DRINK
Our Bars sell a wonderful selection of locally sourced alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and snacks which we'd love for you to enjoy. However, NO food or drink purchased outside of The Forum will be permitted into the venue, our staff and security will stop this as you enter through the main doors.

BUGGY PARK / CLOAK ROOM / LUGGAGE
The Forum does not have a designated Buggy Park nor does it have a cloak room or luggage storage facilities. We encourage you to only bring the essentials you need to an event at The Forum, if you don't need to bring luggage, buggies or big coats, please don't. There is very generous leg room between our seats and often a jacket / coat can be folded and sit comfortably on the floor in front of you. If you bring a buggy or suitcase, we will ask you to leave it in our foyer at your own risk, however we have limited space and may not be able to do so.
