FCH Edit 2

The Forum Venue, Bath's largest auditorium and live venue, is also home to independent coffee shop 'The Forum Coffee House'.  "Over the last few years we have been making big investments into the infrastructure of the Forum" says Thomas Clayton, Head of Marketing.  "We want to offer a great space for the city, designed to bring a contemporary vibe to our classic Art Deco venue. It’s all a part of our strategy to open up the Forum as a great meeting place in the heart of the city, and our independent coffee shop is a really important part of that community mindset".

Nigel Stenning, one of the leaders of Bath City Church who own and run The Forum, says, "part of our vision for the building is that the space feels open and connected to the city, people in our city love this venue so we want them to be able to enjoy it as much as possible".  The Forum Coffee House occupies the once vacant shop along St James Parade, Nigel goes on to say "the Forum was opened as a cinema more than 80 years ago, the evolution and re-imagining of the buildings purpose is an important part of its history and ability to serve the community in which it sits. The Coffee House is another step in our efforts to make the building a valued part of the City of Bath".
